1. About these terms
This website is operated by CWH Concrete Construction (ABN 41 700 862 143) of Ringwood, Victoria. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean CWH Concrete Construction, and "you" means anyone using this website.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. What these terms do and don't cover
These terms cover your use of this website: the information published on it, the quote request forms, and the content we own.
They are not the terms of any concreting work. If you engage us, the work is governed by the written quote you accept and by the law that applies to that work in Victoria. Where anything on this page differs from your written quote, the written quote wins.
3. Information on this site
The information on this site is general in nature and published to help you understand how concreting work is specified and compared. It isn't advice about your particular property, and it isn't engineering, planning or legal advice.
Site conditions vary enormously — soil, fall, access, drainage, what's already there and what your council requires. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a substitute for someone actually looking at your job. That's what the on-site quote is for.
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that everything on it is complete, current or free from error, and things do change.
4. Enquiries, quotes and pricing
Submitting a form on this website is a request for a quote. It isn't a booking, and it doesn't create a contract between us.
- No price is offered anywhere on this website. Prices depend on the job.
- A quote is only given after we've looked at the site, and is only binding once it's in writing and you've accepted it.
- A written quote is open for acceptance for the period stated on it. After that, it may need to be re-quoted — materials and availability move.
- We may decline an enquiry, including where the job is outside the area we service or outside the work we do.
Any indication of timing given before a site visit is an estimate, not a commitment. Concrete work is weather-dependent, and dates are confirmed with you directly.
5. Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or someone else's details through the quote forms;
- use the forms or contact details to send unsolicited marketing;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- use automated tools to scrape, harvest or overload the site; or
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
We filter automated submissions. If a submission is blocked, no enquiry reaches us — so if you're a real person and you haven't heard back within a couple of days, please just call.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this website — text, layout, graphics, diagrams and the CWH name and logo — is owned by us or used with permission. The photographs on this site are of our own completed work.
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use, including to compare quotes. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or use our content commercially without our written permission.
7. Liability and your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we're entitled to limit our liability under those laws, we do so as set out below.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the extent the law allows: you use this website at your own risk, and we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on general information published on it.
This clause is about the website. It does not limit any rights or obligations arising from concreting work we carry out for you — those are dealt with in your written quote and by the law applying to that work.
8. Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party websites, such as council pages or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Those sites aren't controlled by us. We link to them because they're useful, not as an endorsement, and we aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Availability of the site
We don't promise that this website will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

How we handle the personal information you send us is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
